How do you celebrate an iconic milestone?
The adidas Predator football boot has redefined sports footwear and been worn by many of the most celebrated footballers in history. In order to bring 6 iconic goals to life, I commissioned animator and artist Richard Swarbrick to capture the sequences in a surprising way turning them into a set of stunning rotoscoped animations.
We then combined these with historical boot information and animated boot rotations to create an incredible boot reveal sequence using holographic projection.
Spread over two days, the world’s football media arrived at adidas HQ to see an array of digital content, presentations and an opportunity to meet the new face of Predator, Jude Bellingham.
